I'm the founder of Crossbow GmbH, running my own consulting practice since 2013. I help teams build reliable software and level up their development practices.
What I Do
My work spans full-stack development, technical coaching, and interim CTO roles. I enjoy diving deep into complex problems—whether that's architecting a new system, debugging tricky issues, or helping teams improve their workflows.
Since 2016, I've been a training expert for IT-Visions, coaching developers and teams in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. I find teaching as rewarding as building—there's something special about helping others level up.
I'm particularly excited about AI right now, especially RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems and AI voice control. I like exploring what's possible and turning experiments into practical solutions.

How I Work
I'm direct and accuracy-focused. I prefer substance over speculation and I'm not shy about challenging assumptions when something doesn't add up. I believe in thorough, actionable solutions rather than quick fixes.
Most of my work is remote, which has been my preferred style for over 14 years. It lets me focus deeply while staying connected with teams across different locations.
